My Leadership Journey

Through my ORGL journey, I've come to understand that leadership is fundamentally about serving others. This realization has guided the evolution of my leadership philosophy, embracing adaptability and authenticity as key characteristics. Central to my approach is the belief that leadership is about creating environments where people feel valued, heard, and supported. Whether in my role as an executive coach or board chair, I focus on building trust, fostering open communication, and recognizing the contributions of others. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive. For me, leadership is not just a role but a daily practice of service and positive influence, guided by a belief in the innate potential of individuals and the power of collaboration.

Day One

I came to the Master’s in Organizational Leadership program at Gonzaga because I wanted to help my coaching clients become the best leaders they could be. What I wasn’t prepared for was how this program would challenge me personally and my own ideas of what leadership looks like for myself.

On Campus Immersions

The immersion experience was the most meaningful part of my journey through the Organizational Leadership program. Being on Gonzaga's beautiful campus and getting to know my classmates was such a gift. I treasure my memories from our time together.
